After graduating from New Jersey College of Medicine, he completed both his Pediatric Internship and Residency at the John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He served in the US Army Medical Corps, achieving the rank of Major. Upon completion of his military obligation, he joined Pedimedica, first practicing in the Fort Lee office, and then opening the Teaneck office, where he has been ever since. His primary medical interest is general pediatrics, which he continues to practice on a daily basis. Special interests in pediatrics have always been neonatology and infectious diseases. He was the Director of Pediatrics at the Holy Name Hospital in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. Neil is part of an annual medical brigade that travels to the rural villages of Honduras to deliver care to a very underserved and needy population.
Neil lives in Bergen County with his wife Beverly, who is a practicing psychoanalyst in Englewood. He is the proud grandfather of Emma, Olivia, and Ezra. Hobbies include skiing, fishing, photography, and golfing.
He has been selected annually by the Castle Connolly Guide, 15th year in a row, ever since its inception, as one of the Top Pediatricians in the New York Metropolitan area, multi year recipient of New Jersey Family Top Doc and 2014, 2015 “Inside Jersey” as a Top Doc
In 2001, he was also honored by the New York Magazine and The New Jersey Monthly as a “Top Doctor.” A similar honor was bestowed upon him in 2002 by The Ladies Home Journal.

Virginia Azzariti, known by all as Ginny, is a certified nurse practitioner with 43 years experience working with children and adolescents. She graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a B. A. in Biology and from Columbia University, Presbyterian Hospital of Nursing with a B.S. in nursing. In 1997 Ginny received an M.S. and a nurse practitioner degree from Columbia University School of Nursing.
Prior to Pedimedica Ginny worked at NYU Medical Center and Holy Name hospital. She has been employed by Pedimedica since 1978 and currently is both a triage nurse and nurse practitioner. Her scope of practice includes well and sick exams in addition to diagnosing, treating and counseling children, adolescents and their families. Ginny has always been indispensable to the doctors in the practice and the families they serve. Ginny resides in Englewood with her husband Louis. She has two children and four grandchildren.

Dr. Dora Suldan received her MD from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her training at the New York Hospital / Cornell Medical Center (now known as The New York Presbyterian Hospital). Dr. Suldan grew up in New Jersey and was happy to return to Bergen County to practice pediatric medicine in 1994 when she joined Pedimedica full time. With a special interest in child nutrition and development, she enjoys being a resource for our breastfeeding families. She resides in Teaneck with husband Dr. Zalman Suldan, an internist in the area, and their three children. Being a proud mommy of a kindergartner and three year old twins keeps her very busy in her “spare time” with school events, reading, and cooking.

Dr Irwin grew up in Allentown Pennsylvania until the age of 13 and then moved to NJ where his parents currently reside in Highland Park. He attended the University of Maryland where he earned his undergraduate degree and obtained his osteopathic degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in NY. He completed his pediatric residency training at Good Samaritan Hospital and Winthrop University Hospital in Long Island.
His main interest in pediatrics stems from his desire to work with children and their families. During his freshman year in college, Irwin spent the summer at Hebrew Academy for Special Children (HASC), a sleep away camp for children with disabilities where he was a counselor. It was during this time he solidified his desire to be a pediatrician and took a special focus on children with disabilities.
During his free time Dr Irwin enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Melissa love going on outings with their 3 children, Eli 6, Sadie 2 and Annie 5 months. At home, they enjoy reading books together, playing card games and sometimes just hanging out.
